Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of quality analysts to maintain high standards of service and process efficiency; Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members; Identify training needs and implement development programmes to upskill the team; Monitor key quality metrics and implement corrective actions to address any performance issues; Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements; Provide detailed reporting and analysis to key stakeholders; Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the team

Requirements

Significant experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a call centre or customer service environment; Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide effective feedback; Familiarity with quality management frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies; Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
