Main objectives

- Quality support during the development phase Hardware/Firmware/Software
- Continuous product improvement Hardware/Firmware/Software
- Continuous improvement of processes and the management system
- Assuring product quality along the supply chain
- Complaint management
- Implement proper corrective and preventive measures
- Reduce field returns

Responsibilities

Collect details to complaints/field returns; Align all relevant departments and schedule action items; Provide or create root cause analysis (depending on nature of the root cause); Provide 8D reports; Manage sample collection; Align replacement parts with Planning Dpt and Logistic; Execute supplier audits; Continuous improvement of product quality, process efficiency and the existing management system

Requirements

Technical degree in the field of electronics/communications engineering (HTL, FH, TU); At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company or testing department desired; Experience in designing internal processes and improving management systems; Good understanding of test and manufacturing processes for electronic devices; Fluent German and good knowledge of English; Ability to work in a team; Independent and solution-oriented working style
