Quality Manager

I’m currently working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join a growing manufacturing business and play a key role in driving quality performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Our client is a well-established global manufacturer, supplying high-performance products and infrastructure solutions to some of the world’s leading technology organisations. Due to continued growth and investment, they are looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a talented Quality Manager. Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Quality Engineering team; Drive continuous improvement and quality performance; Manage customer complaints and corrective actions; Lead 8D investigations and root cause analysis; Own Quality KPIs and departmental reporting; Support NPI projects and part qualification activities; Ensure compliance with customer, ISO, and business standards; Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams; Coach, mentor, and develop team members; Promote a strong health & safety culture.

Requirements

HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering; Proven quality leadership experience within manufacturing; Strong people management and team development skills; Experience supporting NPI and engineering change projects; Skilled in problem-solving and quality methodologies; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; Able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications; Organised, results-driven, and hands-on.
