Responsibilities

Support the maintenance and update of QMS processes, procedures, and work instructions.; Assist document revision, communication, and archiving activities.; Support Quality Day (Q-Day) events and quality awareness initiatives.; Contribute to internal and external audit preparation activities.; Support the application of Quality Methods & Tools.; Assist problem-solving activities using PSS and 8D methodologies.; Support FMEA activities, including line walks and risk assessment workshops.; Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure process compliance and effective communication.

Requirements

3rd year undergraduate student, preferably in Engineering departments; Effective problem solving and time management skills; Proactive team-member; Excellent command in English; Proficiency in MS Office Applications & Basic knowledge of Python programming; Minimum 3 full days attendance is mandatory during the academic semesters
