Responsibilities

Quality steering and customer protection – responsible for quality steering and for identifying quality-related topics (Q-topics) for specific vehicle components, ensuring customer protection in close collaboration with various departments across the plant; Cross-functional coordination – act as the link between the plant and the broader process chain, introducing qualified quality topics into the control loops of product lines, driving their implementation, and confirming effectiveness after corrective measures have been applied; Collaboration and stakeholder management – work closely with quality specialists across plant technologies and product lines, as well as with counterparts at other production sites, ensuring alignment and best practice sharing

Requirements

Degree in technical discipline or a comparable qualification with relevant advanced training; 2+ years of work experience in quality management and production, ideally within the automotive industry; willing to work on-site during regular business hours; strong automotive product knowledge and experience within a vehicle development environment; confident with handling of MS Office; speak English fluently

Nice to have

experienced with big data analysis and identifying quality patterns; electrotechnical knowledge; Hungarian and German language skills
