Quality Supervisor

The QA Supervisor is responsible for managing daily quality activities to ensure product and process quality meet customer and company requirements. The role monitors quality performance, identifies and contains production abnormalities. Ensures timely escalation and resolution. The QA Supervisor works closely with Engineering and Production on root cause analysis, corrective/ preventive actions, and continual quality improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage and allocate manpower effectively to support daily QA activities. Ensure all required quality check items are performed promptly and according to documented requirements.; Develop and maintain clear and detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with step-by-step instructions, illustrations, and key control points.; Monitor quality performance and take timely action to contain abnormalities.; Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive actions and continual quality improvement activities.; Coordinate with Engineering and Production to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field.; Knowledge in computer (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).; Experience in semiconductor back-end processes (Eg. Die Bond, Wire Bond, Mold, Trim/Form, etc) are encouraged.
