Responsibilities

Are you ready to take the lead at the forefront of technology as a React Developer at Netcompany?; As a React Developer you will:; Contribute to the front-end architecture and technical direction across projects, helping build scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.; Collaborate with and support cross-functional development teams , sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to a strong engineering culture.; Act as a technical point of reference for React and front-end technologies , promoting best practices, clean code, and consistent engineering standards.; Work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust and practical technical solutions.; Design and develop high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications using modern front-end technologies.; Follow and contribute to coding standards, CI/CD practices, testing strategies, and modern development methodologies .; Identify technical challenges and risks early, contributing to effective solutions and mitigation strategies.; Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and tools , helping evaluate and introduce improvements where they add value.; Take ownership of delivering project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and reliability .; Contribute to technical discussions and decision-making , helping shape solutions and improve engineering practices across the team.

Requirements

What would make you a fit for the role:; 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development , with strong hands-on expertise in React.js .; Strong command of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 , and responsive web development.; Solid understanding of front-end architecture, state management, component design, and performance optimization .; Good understanding of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns .; Experience with CI/CD, Git, testing, and modern front-end build and development tools .; Experience working in Agile development environments , collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.; Strong communication and problem-solving skills , with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.; Ability to take ownership of technical solutions, contribute to engineering decisions, and support less experienced team members .
