We built Tommy Gun's around The Fresh Cut Feeling; that reaction when a guest looks in the mirror and knows their Barber or Stylist got it exactly right. As the face of our shop, you're the first and last impression for every person who walks through our doors. Our main goal is simple: give guests a great experience, support the team on the floor, and help create a work environment where you actually enjoy coming to work.

Responsibilities

Checking guests in; Managing the waitlist queue; Walking clients to their barber's chair; Helping team members sweep and sanitize stations between guests; Answering phones; Managing check-ins; Running the register; Helping guests find the right products; Keeping retail shelves stocked; Managing inventory; Making product recommendations; Communicating clearly with the Barbers; Going above and beyond for every guest

Requirements

Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and evening shifts; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

Experience as a restaurant host or hostess; Background in retail and customer service
