Responsibilities

Portico have an outstanding opportunity available for a Receptionist (Regional Guest Services Ambassador) to join our team based at the Belfast offices of a global consultancy firm.; We take great pride in being the service partner selected to deliver an intuitive service, with careful planning and faultless standards. Our reception team have a special can-do, flexible approach and relish the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.; Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7.30am-5.30pm, with overtime for events outside these hours.; Salary: £31,508 per annum

Requirements

To join the team, you will be a friendly and positive team player, with strong organisation and communication skills.; A high level of personal presentation and a proactive approach will be valuable for our new Receptionist, as well as the natural desire to take ownership of tasks and solve problems.; A customer-focused approach is imperative for this role, so the successful candidate will have some experience in delivering a top end level of customer service, within an environment that has extremely high expectations.
