Regional Digital Communication Specialist

Responsibilities

Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies; Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis; Monitor and improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversions; Create and optimize content strategies aligned with SEO and GEO best practices; Optimize content for traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences; Develop AI-search-friendly FAQs, knowledge content, topic clusters, and entity-based content structures; Use AI tools to enhance content research, optimization, and SEO workflows; Monitor website performance and track keyword rankings, traffic trends, CTR, impressions, engagement metrics, and conversions; Analyze competitor performance and identify growth opportunities; Manage crawl issues, indexing, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and website health; Monitor website performance and page speed optimization

Requirements

5+ years of proven SEO experience; Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors; Expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager; Keyword research and competitive analysis; Hands-on experience with content optimization and SEO content strategy; Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-driven search visibility; Understanding technical SEO concepts; Strong analytical and reporting skills

Experience working in agency or in-house digital marketing teams; Proven success in scaling organic traffic and lead generation; Demonstrated experience with AI-powered content optimization; Up-to-date knowledge of SEO, GEO, and AI search trends; Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, Microsoft Copilot
