Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Join Expansion Behavior Supports and help children thrive in the comfort of their homes. As an RBT/CBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA therapy, helping them build essential life skills while creating lasting, positive change. You will gain mentorship from a Doctorate-level BCBA.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy; Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA; Track and document client progress; Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings; Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families

Requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent); Experience working with children; A passion for helping children with special needs succeed; Reliable transportation; RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed, exam pending is okay); Active CPR certification; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor; Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children; Passing a background check
