Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Join the Finni Family as a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)! As an RBT, you'll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones. Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community, collect and record data on child's progress, collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor, and participate in team meetings and ongoing training. Finni Health empowers BCBAs to launch local, in-home ABA clinics.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, in-home ABA therapy; Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community; Collect and record data on child's progress; Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor; Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Experience working with children (especially those with special needs); A passion for helping others grow and succeed; Reliable transportation; Active CPR certification; Active RBT certification; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Comfortable sitting, kneeling, squatting, or standing for extended periods; Background check
