Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Join the Finni Family as a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)! At Finni Health, we’re on a mission to provide life-changing ABA care — and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones. Finni Health empowers BCBAs to launch local, in-home ABA clinics — combining clinical excellence, compassion, and innovation.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community; Collect and record data on child's progress; Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor; Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Experience working with children (especially those with special needs); A passion for helping others grow and succeed; Reliable transportation; Active CPR certification; Active RBT certification; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Comfortable sitting, kneeling, squatting, or standing for extended periods; Background check
