Registered Home Manager

Gillespie Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Home Manager for a successful nursing home in Middlesbrough. The Opportunity: As Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, ensuring exceptional care standards, regulatory compliance, and a positive culture for residents and staff alike. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in a stable, well-performing service with strong support from an experienced senior management team.

Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the home; Maintain high standards of care and CQC compliance; Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing care team; Ensure the delivery of outstanding person-centred care; Manage budgets, resources and operational performance; Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals; Promote effective safeguarding and risk management practices; Drive continuous improvement across the service.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager, Deputy Manager or senior care leader; Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care sector standards; Proven leadership and people management experience; Excellent communication and organisational skills; Passionate about delivering exceptional resident care.

Nice to have

Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification highly desirable; previous experience in a Nurse Manager or clinical leadership role preferred; RGN qualification beneficial but not essential.
