Bethlehem Shores is a well-established, and premium, community in the heart of Tauranga known for its luxurious independent living options – and we have been busy developing an adjourning, purpose-built care centre with Living Well Apartments and Care Suites.

We are looking for an experienced aged care RN able to work permanent 36 hours per week PM and Nocte shifts. You must have the right to work in New Zealand

At Arvida, our model of care is underpinned by our resident-led approach and Attitude of Living Well. Our Registered Nurses lead clinical excellence through assessments, planning, and delivery of care according to accepted nursing practices and standards

You will be responsible for leading, supervising, and guiding other members of the team, and ensuring medical instructions and procedures are correctly administered, documented, and monitored. Each day you will be providing a proactive and person-centric service by communicating with residents and family and participating in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

Requirements

NZQA level 7 (e.g. bachelor's degree, graduate certificate, graduate diploma); A current practicing certificate; Flexibility to pick up different shifts; Team leadership skills; Honesty and integrity; Good customer service; Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills; Alignment with our values and purpose; Experience in Palliative Care, Dementia, and InterRAI is essential
