Registered Nurse (RN): Aurora Best Fit Program at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center. Awarded 6 times Magnet Recognition by the American Nurses Credentialing Center! The Best Fit Program is innovatively designed to provide newly licensed Registered Nurses in-depth experiences on three different specialty units at St. Luke's Medical Center.

Responsibilities

Work in a cohort for collaboration and support throughout the program; Participate in three months of orientation to the RN role; Collaborate with the BFO Program Manager to select three specialty units for unit rotations; Determine and choose which unit best fits career goals through a Realistic Job Preview of each unit's culture

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing; Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; Graduating in Fall of 2026; Requires RN licensure for Jan. 2027 cohort start
