Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Float Pool

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, patient-centered critical care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice—monitoring complex patient conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care across multiple Med Surg settings; Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across units to drive optimal outcomes—promoting safety, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting communication and delegation, and maintaining flexibility to meet patient care needs

Requirements

Graduate of a Board of Nursing–approved nursing program; Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience; Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific as applicable); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to adapt across multiple units
