Registered Nurse (RN) - Internal Float Pool

Join team Sinai's Internal Pool program! Internal Pool RNs float to three units at Aurora Sinai. These units include: Med surg/ortho, ACE/Stroke, Cardiac Medical Telemetry and ED boarding. The Internal Float Pool RN at Aurora Sinai Medical Center provides flexible, high-quality patient care across multiple inpatient units, supporting staffing needs and ensuring continuity of care.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process; Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures; Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication; Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience; Float to multiple inpatient units including Med/Surg-Ortho, ACE/Stroke, Cardiac Medical Telemetry, and ED boarding

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing; 1+ year Acute RN experience; Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; A commitment to teamwork, communication, and continual professional growth
