Registered Nurse (RN) Mobile Hospital at Home

Responsibilities

Deliver acute, hospital-level care in patients' homes; Perform skilled clinical tasks (IV starts, phlebotomy, medication administration); Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes requiring escalation; Collaborate with a virtual and in-person interdisciplinary team; Use evidence-based practice to ensure safe, patient-centered care; Coordinate discharge planning and ongoing care needs; Promote a culture of safety and high-quality outcomes

Requirements

Active RN license; BLS certification (AHA); Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Strong IV, phlebotomy, and clinical assessment skills; Ability to work independently in home settings; Excellent communication and critical thinking; Comfortable with technology and remote monitoring tools

Nice to have

2+ years of recent acute inpatient care or ED experience
