Relationship Manager (eCommerce & FinTech Background)

First Circle is one of the fastest-growing FinTech companies in the country, providing financial services to under-served SMEs. We're looking for a customer-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong long-term relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with tailored financing solutions.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SME owners, serving as their primary point of contact; Needs Assessment & Financial Advisory: Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable financing solutions; Portfolio Management & Client Retention: Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement; Business Development: Proactively identify upselling, cross-selling, and growth opportunities while staying informed on market and competitor trends; Service Excellence & Collaboration: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery

Requirements

At least 3 years of relationship management experience; Excellent interpersonal abilities with a demonstrated capacity to build and maintain client relationships; Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment in decision-making; Ability to work independently with high initiative and accountability; Strong time management and organizational skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice to have

e-commerce, fintech, or start-up company experience; established network within the business community
