Relief Security Officer

To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent changes. Delivering results that meet and / or exceed the Key performance indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in the retention of the contract. To undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.

Responsibilities

Protect customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in accordance with published Assignment Instructions; Deliver results that meet and/or exceed Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer; Ensure compliance with policies and legal/regulatory requirements as directed by Security Account Manager and UK Law; Complete all tasks and duties on site as defined in Assignment Instructions; Maintain professional conduct in difficult situations and challenging customers; Look out for and report Health & Safety hazards; Complete accurate notebook entries after incidents; Ensure check calls are carried out at allocated time slots; Call emergency services and Communication Centre to report incidents; Complete required competency training and continuous self-development

Requirements

Previous Security Experience; SIA License; Front-line licence in either Security Guarding or Door Supervision; CCTV PSS SIA Licence; Renew SIA licence 16 weeks before expiry; Complete required competency training; Compliance with UK Law and Guidance bodies; Undertake additional training for continuous self-development
