Remote Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults | PhD / PsyD | Telehealth

Sailor Health, a nationwide virtual practice focused on mental healthcare for older adults, is hiring licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) for fully remote part-time or full-time roles on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Clinicians can start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2), set their own schedule across 7 days a week, and receive a filled caseload, administrative support, and clinical consultation. The role involves providing evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults who are navigating grief, loss, isolation, and life transitions.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting; Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient; Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team; Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools; Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Requirements

Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program; Active, independent license to practice psychology; Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Nice to have

PSYPACT authorization; Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations; Medicare billing experience
