Responsibilities

Research travel options based on client preferences, needs, and budgets; Assist with reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel services; Compare available options, amenities, and travel arrangements; Coordinate reservation details and help organize travel itineraries; Communicate with clients regarding booking information, updates, and important deadlines; Research transportation, activities, excursions, and destination services when needed; Maintain accurate and organized client and reservation information; Assist with changes or updates to existing travel arrangements; Stay informed about destinations, travel products, and supplier resources; Provide professional support throughout the reservation and travel planning process
