Research Manager

Inizio Ignite is the global advisory partner for health and life sciences, encompassing connected expertise across Research Partnership, Putnam, Vynamic, and STEM. Our Research Partnership healthcare market research team provides research and insights to inform and power healthcare decisions. The Research Manager will play a pivotal role in the new hub, reporting to an Associate Director.

Responsibilities

Supporting the day-to-day delivery of multiple quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines are met and outputs are delivered to a high standard; Writing and refining questionnaires, with input from senior team members, ensuring alignment with research objectives; Conducting analysis, including reviewing data tables, coding open-end responses and supporting development of table specifications; Contributing to the preparation of client deliverables, including drafting report templates in PowerPoint and supporting the development of final reports; Working closely with project management teams to support fieldwork execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise; Providing regular updates to your manager on project progress and beginning to contribute to internal discussions on findings and implications; Supporting on-the-job coaching of more junior team members where appropriate

Requirements

5-6+ years of experience in market research with healthcare experience; Appreciation of marketing / client side issues; Self-motivated and able to work independently; Good communication skills - both verbal and written; Ability to multi task under pressure and to tight deadlines; High level of proficiency with Excel or SPSS
