Respiratory Therapy Educator

The Chuck Lorre Allied Health School is part of Cedars-Sinai Health Sciences University, bringing education directly into the Cedars-Sinai academic and clinical environment. As we prepare to launch our Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care program, we’re seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapy Educator to develop curriculum, teach and mentor students, and support laboratory and clinical education. Please note: This is a 100% onsite position in Los Angeles, CA.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, Education, or related field; 6+ years of clinical experience as a licensed and credentialed Respiratory Care Practitioner; 2+ years of acute-care respiratory or closely related clinical experience; 2+ years educating and mentoring respiratory care students in didactic, laboratory, and/or clinical settings; Current California RCP license and active RRT credential; Current BLS, PALS, ACLS/ALS, and NRP certifications
