Responsibilities

Prepare menu items according to recipes and company standards; Ensure proper portioning, food quality, and timely preparation; Stock, rotate, and store food using FIFO procedures; Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, prep, and storage areas; Follow food safety, OSHA, and health department standards; Clean kitchen equipment and work areas throughout each shift; Communicate equipment, safety, or service issues to management; Assist team members with food prep, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness as needed

Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; Lift and carry up to 50 pounds; Work in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments; Basic reading, writing, math, and communication skills; Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures; Must be at least 16 years of age
