Restaurant Server

Do you have a passion for the food and beverage industry? Does making others happy excite you? If so, then you could be the ideal candidate for our PM Server position. We currently have available at the Hilton Columbus/Polaris! You would engage and serve our guests in our restaurant 17 Arrows and Patio, by providing them with the highest levels of guest service. Our founder, Conrad Hilton, had a vision to 'Spread the Light and Warmth of Hospitality Throughout the World' and that is our goal at the Hilton Polaris every single day. We are currently looking for part time and full-time positions. The ideal candidate would be available to work mostly lunch and dinner shifts, during the week and on weekends.

Responsibilities

Serve our guests with the highest levels of guest service in the restaurant and bar (17 Arrows and Patio); Greet guests; Take orders; Utilize the Point of Service system; Deliver food to tables; Display the highest levels of guest service and satisfaction

Requirements

Must have experience in customer service; Must have the ability to communicate in English; Self-starting personality with an even disposition; Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times; Can communicate well with guests; Must be willing to pitch-in and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player; Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking; Ability to lift at least 30 lbs

Nice to have

Experience in food and beverage and restaurants; Availability to work mostly lunch and dinner shifts during the week and on weekends
