Restaurant Waiter

Searcys are looking for Waiter/Waitress to join our Team at The Pegasus Bar and Restaurant at Inner Temple

A Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience in events. They act as the main point of contact between the customer and the establishment, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high service standards.

The Honourable Society of The Inner Temple, situated on the banks of the Thames, is one of the few remaining Georgian style event halls in the City of London. Teamed with its surroundings of a three acre private garden, the Inner Temple is one of Searcys' most exquisite event venues.

Contract : 0 Hours

Salary: £14.80 per hour + Service charge

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to our guests; To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services; Take part in the setup of restaurant and events; Nurture and develop new commis waiters; Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings; Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers; Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary

Requirements

Excellent communication skills; Hands on and proactive approach; Able to work autonomously and as part of a team; Passion for food and beverage; Excellent time management; Strong organisational skills
