At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store and as a Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this - This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till.

Responsibilities

Providing genuine service and creating lasting impressions with our customers; Having superstar selling skills that contribute to the sales performance of the store; Being a team player and contributing towards the store's success; Maintaining exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom; Processing stock and ensuring shelves are adequately stocked; Providing guidance around products; Ensuring customers find what they need; Upselling where you can; Processing the sale at the till

Requirements

Available to work Sunday 10-4 and Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm; People person; Passionate customer service expert; Confident working in a retail/sales environment; Dealing with a variety of customers; Strong communication skills; Excellent phone manner; Team-focused attitude; Can-do attitude

Nice to have

Previous retail and/or customer service experience; Interest in automotive
