Retail Display Installer – Technology

2020 Companies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to review, schedule, and complete assignments at different retail venues within 90 miles. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you manage your schedule to complete work within established timelines, build store-level relationships, and ensure top-quality execution on every project.

Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays; Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs; Follow planograms (POGs), schematics, and client-specific merchandising directives with accuracy; Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other retail display equipment; Update operating systems and software on display devices; Install and replace graphics, pricing cards, SD cards, and other marketing materials; Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and display issues to ensure equipment is functioning properly; Capture and upload photos to document completed work using a mobile device; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while representing the client professionally; Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates; Conduct break-fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional; Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines; Work independently in a fast-paced environment; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and stakeholders; Ensure customer and client satisfaction according to established KPIs

Requirements

Comfortable using hand tools and technology; Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle; Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from residence; Ability and willingness to climb ladders up to 10 feet; Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day; Must provide and use the following tools: Phillips head & flat head screwdriver, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, 256G USB (USB-A / C adapter); Smartphone with a current operating system and active data plan; Must be comfortable downloading mobile apps, following digital work instructions, and uploading photos to document completed assignments; Must be 18 or older; Must be authorized to work in the United States; Flexible availability Monday through Friday; Weekend and holiday availability as needed; Early morning and late-night availability as needed; Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period; Must successfully complete a background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening, and drug screening; High school diploma or equivalent typically required; Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; Must complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame; Reliable transportation; Effective communication abilities primarily via phone, text, and email; Respond to field services management quickly (typically within 24 hours of contact); Use a smartphone for tasks such as clocking in and out, taking and uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet

Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory; Installation and merchandising experience; Proficiency with hand and power tool usage; Ability to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication
