Based in our Mitcham clinic, you’ll be the face of ResMed — delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting positive outcomes and achieving sales results.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions; Achieve individual and store sales targets in a supportive team environment; Maintain store presentation, merchandising and stock control; Build product knowledge through structured training; Follow up with customers to build trust and long-term relationships; Manage POS transactions, administration and equipment care

Requirements

Monday–Saturday availability; Experience in retail or customer service; A sales-driven mindset balanced with empathy and care; Strong communication and active listening skills; Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in a busy environment; Confidence working toward goals or KPIs

Nice to have

Healthcare, pharmacy or medical experience; Mandarin language skills
