Responsibilities

Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions; Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control; Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures; Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow; Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity; Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required; Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required; Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping; Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements; Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials; Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations; Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements; Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools; Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions; Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs; Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action; Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities; Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy; Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements
