RF Engineer

As an RF / microwave engineer on our team, you will support the manufacturing of complex multi-function modules used in challenging high reliability applications. You'll be responsible for analysis and troubleshooting of circuits for advanced electronic modules, including amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation circuits and frequency conversion circuits; and for providing technical support to our manufacturing operation to resolve assembly and test issues. You'll utilize your great interpersonal and communication skills to learn from and collaborate with other engineering disciplines, including hardware engineers, systems engineers, and circuit design engineers as well as technicians and manufacturing support personnel.

Responsibilities

Requirements

US Citizenship; Active or Interim Secret Clearance; Bachelor's Degree in RF / Microwave Engineering; 1+ years of related experience in RF/Microwave Engineering; 1+ years of experience testing, tuning, and troubleshooting microwave circuits; Knowledge of RF/microwave test equipment including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and phase noise analyzers; Expertise with reviewing and interpreting technical documentation such as specifications, schematic diagrams and test data

Nice to have

Professional experience in the aerospace/defense industry; Professional experience in a manufacturing environment; Demonstrated academic achievement in the field of RF; Familiarity with RF / microwave circuit simulation or 3D electromagnetic simulation tools; Familiarity with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
