Responsibilities

Lead daily nursing operations and clinical excellence; Coach, develop, and hold your team accountable; Ensure medications, treatments, and documentation are done right, every time; Partner with interdisciplinary teams to drive resident outcomes; Manage staffing, quality, and compliance

Requirements

Active RN license; 2+ years leadership experience (long-term care preferred); Strong clinical judgment plus team leadership skills; A “roll up your-sleeves” leadership style
