Room Attendant is a hotel employee responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and ensuring they are comfortable, clean, and well-presented.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and making beds; Replacing towels and toiletries; Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping; Cleaning bathrooms; Replenishing room amenities; Reporting maintenance issues or lost property; Ensuring rooms meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards

Requirements

NC3 in Housekeeping or any relevant qualification.; Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning is an advantage.; Basic knowledge of English, additional languages are an advantage.; Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.; Ability to work as part of a team.
