Room Service Server

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Room Service Server to join our team! Room Service is responsible for taking guests’ orders over the phone and delivering food & beverage to guest rooms. They are responsible for ensuring accurate food orders as well as timely delivery.

Responsibilities

Taking guests’ orders over the phone and delivering food & beverage to guest rooms; Ensuring accurate food orders as well as timely delivery; Entering orders into the Micros system; Making change for cash tickets; Inputting data into Agilisys system; Making food deliveries to guest rooms; Cleaning and organizing the work area; Helping in other areas of food and beverage as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; One year restaurant experience; Cash handling experience; Pleasant phone personality; Excellent communication skills; Ability to read, write and speak clearly and accurately in English
