RTR Team Leader

Responsibilities

Supervises task related activities in the team; Process governance & reporting of daily operation; Proactive and constant communication with management to ensure process stability and requirements compliance; Knowing and following the escalation path when needed (dispute or resolution); Needs to understand and control the entire process and ensure the team members are following processes correctly; Maintain one solid compliance working environment (SOX and Aptiv policy); Responsible for developing and monthly tracking for all aspects of performance management: setting expectations/goals, observing, coaching, counselling, and giving rewards; Assist the RTR management in the preparation of Management reports, SLAs & KPIs, KPI Analysis; Motivates and persuades team to achieve common goals; Has the ability to deliver through managing people

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required / Accounting/Finance related background; 4-6 years of demonstrated work experience on RTR processes; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, related process domain expertise and experience, supervisory skills; 2-3 years of experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve goals; Working knowledge of ERP's; Fluent English communication is required; Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; Data Analytics skills
