Responsibilities

Welcome and look after guests throughout their dining experience; Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently; Serve food and drinks to a high standard; Ensure tables and dining areas are presented beautifully at all times; Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service; Handle guest requests professionally and with a positive attitude; Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties

Requirements

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is desirable; A passion for great customer service; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude; Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
