Safety, Health & Environment Manager

We are seeking an experienced Safety, Health & Environment Manager (SHE) to lead and shape our national safety strategy across manufacturing, warehousing, retail, field sales and corporate environments. Responsibilities

Lead the national Safety, Health & Environment strategy across Australia; Shape and embed a "Safety First" culture across all levels of the organisation; Partner closely with the Leadership Team, HR and Operations leaders; Drive governance, risk management, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives; Champion physical safety, psychological wellbeing and environmental responsibility; Lead critical incident management, emergency preparedness and business continuity planning; Influence enterprise risk management and sustainability outcomes; Build capability and accountability through coaching, engagement and leadership development

Requirements

Senior SHE leader with 8+ years' experience in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics or other multi-site environments; Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, risk management frameworks and ISO standards; Proven track record driving safety culture transformation and influencing executive stakeholders; Experienced working across both operational and corporate environments; Commercially minded with the ability to balance compliance, risk and business performance; Passionate about creating safer, healthier and more inclusive workplaces
