Responsibilities

Achieve the sales targets defined by the Store Manager,; Work in synergy with colleagues, supporting the team and contributing to a climate of mutual trust,; Maintain a positive, balanced and constructive approach, even in high-pressure situations, demonstrating consistency and a strong work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset,; Welcome, engage and build relationships with clients, providing, through active listening, a consultative sales approach consistent with BOGGI Milano’s brand positioning,; Turn the analysis of key KPIs into concrete corrective actions aimed at improving store performance,; Turn every client interaction into an excellent customer experience through targeted storytelling, in-depth product knowledge and a sales approach designed to best meet each client’s needs,; Manage time and daily priorities effectively.

Requirements

You have at least one year of sales experience in the premium fashion/menswear sector,; You have a good command of English, additional languages will be considered a plus.
