Sales Assistant (Paris)

We are seeking a highly motivated retail professional to sell our womenswear and menswear collection at one of our Paris shops.

Responsibilities

Acquire collection knowledge through training; meet monthly individual and shop sales targets; develop good customer relations; achieve customer loyalty; collaborate with colleagues on customer enquiries; provide accurate and courteous customer service; perform till transactions; handle telephone enquiries and orders; maintain stock in shop and stockroom; prepare stock transfers and check deliveries; monitor stock levels; take part in stock takes; maintain shop floor presentation and supplies; adhere to health and safety and company policies

Requirements

fluent in French; available to start immediately; previous experience in high-end retail sales; self-motivated and focused on quality; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; an interest in womenswear, menswear and design; demonstrate initiative, taking every opportunity to apply collection knowledge in promotion of the brand
