We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Associate who will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our clients while contributing to the continued growth of our brand.

Position Details

- Immediate start.
- Permanent position.
- Availability required on:
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- and/or Monday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting customers with a warm and personalized approach.; Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.; Driving sales and confidently managing transactions.; Supporting visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards throughout the store.; Ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.; Contributing to the achievement of individual and store sales targets.; Building strong relationships with customers and fostering brand loyalty.; Staying informed about product collections, launches, and brand initiatives.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail, fashion, luxury, or customer-facing roles.; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.; Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and customer service.; Proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset.; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.; Fluency in Spanish and English.
