Responsibilities

Manage and transact across a diverse portfolio of residential homes and apartments throughout the Newcastle region; Leverage your marketing expertise and sales strategy to match buyers with the right properties; Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and purchasers; Manage and convert a high volume of leads and enquiries; Drive revenue growth and meet annual sales targets; Maintain a strong local market presence through networking and stakeholder engagement; Take ownership of your pipeline, ensuring a highly organised and proactive approach

Requirements

A current Real Estate Licence; Previous experience in residential property sales (essential); Strong commercial acumen and a drive to exceed targets; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Demonstrated ability to generate leads, market listings and close deals effectively; A proactive approach to networking and relationship building
