Sales Executive - Real Estate

Our company is looking to hire ant Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentation of product & services and product demonstration, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also posses good interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Identifying Prospective Customers & Generating leads; Developing Accounts with Clients; Advising Customers on Product Benefits (Serves exiting customers by optimizing current purchase plan, Makes recommendations for the customer); Negotiating Terms of Sales; Following Up with Client & resolves customers complaints / queries; Preparing weekly and monthly reports and minimum goals; Understand and promote the company’s program; Completes market research and monitors competitor activity

Requirements

B.sc in business management / marketing.; HND in Sales; 2- 4 years experience
