Sales Expert at Zameen Media Pvt. Ltd. - Karachi, PK (Full-Time Sales)

Responsibilities

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market; Manage and follow up on generated leads, ensuring daily KPIs are achieved; Schedule a minimum of 10 client appointments and conduct at least 1 meeting per day; Understand clients’ needs and financial capabilities to recommend suitable projects; Assist clients with project site visits and property walkthroughs; Facilitate negotiations and close deals effectively; Regularly visit different project sites to maintain strong client engagement and market knowledge

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Real Estate / Banking / Insurance; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel frequently; Proficient in MS Office
