What is this role about?

Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, the incumbent provides administrative support to the sales team, reporting & analysis of sales data, and sales user training with a high level of professionalism and organization in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support Sales reps to complete their day-to-day activities; Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures; Support data quality process to maintain effective customer and prospect information; Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned; Facilitate and train new and existing Salesforce users; Continued database clean up and testing of updates in Salesforce; Support order processing tasks and maintain responsibility for order consistency; Complete cases submitted to Sales Operations queue within 24 hours

Requirements

1 Year Salesforce experience preferred; Intermediate to advanced skill with Excel and Google applications (Calendar, Email, Google Docs), familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and database management systems highly desirable; Ability to handle multiple tasks at once; Undergraduate degree in business administration or related discipline and up to two years of administrative experience, or combination of education and work experience; Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and customer service skills, demonstrated ability to represent the company with internal employees, visitors and vendors; Self-starter with a pro-active, take charge orientation; Strong planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
