Sales Representative

We’re looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager based in Germany to join our rapidly growing commercial team. You’ll be on the front lines driving new customer acquisition, owning the full sales cycle, and helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive through smarter, faster, and simpler payment solutions. This is an individual contributor role.

Aufgaben

Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting SMB customers across Germany; Engage with business owners, decision-makers, and financial leaders to understand their pain points and tailor payment solutions; Hunt for new opportunities every day - cold outreach, warm leads, referrals; Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and high-converting buyer journey; Consistently hit and exceed quota - this is a role for top performers only; Be a trusted voice in the market, representing the brand with passion, integrity, and purpose

Anforderungen

Proven B2B sales experience; Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets, especially in fast-paced, high-volume environments; Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs); Fluent in German and proficient in English; High energy, self-driven, relentlessly motivated; Tech-savvy and CRM-proficient (we use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.); A growth mindset and team-first mentality
