Sales Strategy Intern (12 Months). A good internship is never hands off. The successful candidate will be supporting the Sales Operations Team, responsible for sales planning, reporting, production, logistics and sales incentive programs.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Sales Strategy Team by ensuring accurate and timely development, setup, and tracking of BMW & MINI monthly sales incentive programs; Supporting the Business Control Analyst with day-to-day management of BMW Group Canada’s Retailer sales receivables; Tracking of BMW Group Canada sales program effectiveness and generation of management reports; Assisting with the administration of BMW Canada Retailer co-op claims; Assisting with the administration of the BMW Canada Masters Club and VIP programs; General administrative support for the BMW Group National Sales Department; Other duties of a general or unspecified nature as may be required to achieve the overall effectiveness of BMW Group Canada as a whole

Requirements

Completed a post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on business; Well-developed oral and written communications skills; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and database tools ie. SQL; Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines; Ability to work both independently and a member of a team; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Nice to have

Coding experience in data processing, aggregation and database management is an asset; Knowledge in visualization programs like Tableau is an asset
