Sales Technology & Operations Manager

Sales Uptime & Technology Manager: keep our sales engines humming with reliable CRM, dialers, and integrations; boost uptime, streamline workflows, and empower performance. As a Sales Technology & Operations Manager, you will own and optimise the technology that powers our sales teams. You will ensure our CRM, diallers, integrations and operational systems are stable, scalable, and continuously improving. You will work across IT, operations, and leadership to drive uptime, improve workflows, and enable trading continuity across the business.

Requirements

4–6 years’ experience in sales technology, CRM operations, product ownership, or business systems; Experience working in sales environments such as telesales, BPO, financial services or similar; Strong understanding of systems, workflows, integrations and operational optimisation; Proven ability to improve system performance, uptime and operational efficiency
