Sales Travel Consultant

If you’re looking for the next stamp in your career passport, we’re looking for Sales Travel Consultants across Outer Western Melbourne who are keen to dazzle, discover, and delight our customers at the following Flight Centre stores: Melton.

Responsibilities

Work full-time, on-site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade; Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email; Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets; Sell the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more; Build a customer base of new and returning customers; Assist customers with travel related questions including visas, best time of year to travel, what to pack, where to eat, what to avoid

Requirements

Seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and even more on your bucket list; Go-to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks; Great organisational skills, note-taking, calendar management, and quick responses to customer calls and emails; Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing workload in a high-pressure environment; Enthusiasm, passion and warmth that makes customers want to book with you; Savviness with computers and ability to toggle between various complex systems
